FBE operates on a simple loop: AI drafts → human reviews → company executes → agents report. Ten specialised AI agents cover the functions a traditional company staffs with departments — strategy, operations, marketing, finance, production, HR, research, reporting — plus a website manager and an admin support agent.
The operating loop
- Request. The founder or assistant gives an agent a task using its prompt template.
- Draft. The agent produces a structured output — never a final decision.
- Review. A named human owner approves, edits, or rejects. Nothing ships unreviewed.
- Execute. Approved outputs become tasks in the Project Command Centre.
- Report. The Reporting Agent rolls progress into weekly briefs and monthly reviews.
What the agents cover
Strategy (business plans, 90-day roadmaps) · Operations (SOPs, weekly plans) · Admin (emails, follow-ups, filing) · Website management (audits, SEO, publishing) · Game production (concepts to launch plans) · Marketing & community (campaigns, tester recruitment) · Finance (pricing, projections, break-even) · HR & contractors (roles, onboarding) · Research (markets, competitors, tools) · Reporting (briefs, red flags).
Why it works at our size
One founder and one assistant cannot write ten strategy documents a week — but they can review ten. Agents remove the blank page; humans keep the judgement. The result is department-level output with a two-person payroll.
