Why FBE exists
Most small ventures fail not from bad ideas but from missing structure: no strategy on paper, no repeatable operations, no reporting rhythm. FBE was created to solve that once, centrally, and apply it to every project we launch. The parent company holds the strategy, the systems, the people, and the AI agents; each brand focuses on its audience.
How we are structured
FBE is deliberately lean. The founder sets vision, approves strategy, and makes final decisions. A dedicated admin assistant keeps schedules, documents, contractors, and communication moving. A framework of ten AI agents produces the first draft of nearly everything — plans, checklists, campaigns, reports — which humans review, approve, and execute. Specialist contractors are brought in per project.
